Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at EastVape. We strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Clearance or sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Please contact us first at [eastvapeinfo@gmail.com] before sending any product back. We will provide return instructions and an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).


2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [eastvapeinfo@gmail.com] and send the item to the return address provided in our response.


4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless:

  • The product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You received approval from us for a free return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
